1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. fresh parsley
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
3 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 c. sliced cooked carrots
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 tsp. browning for gravy
