1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. oats
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients with 1/2 teaspoon salt in saucepan, mixing well.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine ground beef with 1 teaspoon salt, half the tomato sauce mixture and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
