Meat Loaf Surprise

   In large bowl, beat together raw eggs, ketchup, soup mix and spices.

   Add bread crumbs; blend well.

   Mix in ground beef.

   Blend thoroughly with hands.

   Pack 3/4 of mixture into standard size loaf pan.

   Push 3 holes in center of loaf pan.

   Place a peeled boiled egg in each hole, lengthwise.

   Cover with remaining meat mixture, carefully packing down tightly and covering eggs.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 2 hours.

    Cover with extra ketchup during the last 1/2 hour.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Slices will have egg in almost every serving.
