Meat Loaf Surprise

   Microwave vegetables according to package instructions.

   Mix together meat, egg and bread crumbs.

   Place meat mixture between 2 sheets of Saran Wrap and flatten with rolling pin.

   Remove top sheet after flattening.

   Sprinkle on cheese, then mushrooms and vegetables.

   Roll the meat into a jelly roll shape, using bottom sheet of Saran Wrap to help.

   Lift onto a cookie sheet, seam side down.

   Discard second sheet of Saran Wrap.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done.
