1/2 c. apple or possibly pear sauce
1 c. corn flakes
1 pound lean grnd beef or possibly deer meat
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced celery
1/2 c. wheat germ
3 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Combine bread crumbs, applesauce, corn flakes, beef, egg, celery, wheat germ, onion, salt and pepper.

After mixing, pour into round cone microwave dish.

Make a depression in the center all the way around the tube.
