   Put grnd beef in bowl.

   Add in egg; sprinkle salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and onion salt (light on onion salt); mix by hand thoroughly.

   Add in 2 tsp.

   of applesauce (this keeps the loaf moist).

   Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 min in meat pan (shape meat in loaf).

   Remove meat loaf from oven.

   Pour can tomato sauce over the meat loaf.

   Cook approximately another 15 min.

   Remove loaf and cold for 10 min.
