2 eggs
2 slices thin bread, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 or 3 dashes Tabasco sauce

Add chopped onion, pepper and celery to beef. Add eggs, bread, Tabasco, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well. Pack into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
