1 onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lite salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. oats
12 oz. ground turkey sausage
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In medium size bowl, mix together eggs, tomato sauce, spices, Worcestershire sauce and oats.

Stir in onion and green pepper. Add turkey and turkey sausage to mixture and mix in well.

Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan (spray pan with nonstick spray). Bake, uncovered, in preheated 375u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
