Meat Loaf

   Mix meat, tomato sauce, eggs, bread (crumbled fine), onion and bell pepper (chopped), chili powder and salt and pepper as desired.

   Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Shape into loaf, leaving room on each side for grease to cook out.

   Cook at 350u00b0 for 1 hour. Drain all grease off or use paper towels to absorb it.
