Meat Loaf – a delicious recipe with eggs, onion, milk, horseradish, salt, hamburger. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

2 eggs
3/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. horseradish
dash of salt
2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. bread crumbs

Break eggs into large bowl. Beat slightly. Add meat, green pepper and onion.

Mix.

Add milk, catsup, dry mustard and salt. Mix again.

Add bread crumbs and stir. Shape into oval shape. Turn into a greased loaf pan. Spread meat with another 1/2 cup catsup. Bake in a preheated 400u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.

Pour juice off and serve.
