1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chili sauce

Stir in next 7 ingredients.

Soak bread in milk; add eggs.

Beat with rotary beater.

Combine meat and egg mix. Form 2 loaves.

Roll in bread crumbs and place on greased pan. Spread 1/2 cup of chili sauce over each loaf.

Pour 1/2 cup boiling water around loaves.
