pinch of dry mustard
3 beaten eggs
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
10 Ritz crackers
3 1/2 lb. hamburger meat

Saute onions, celery and green pepper in oleo until tender, not brown.

Mix eggs, soup, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, curry powder and mustard.

Crumble crackers into this mixture.

Add sauteed vegetables and hamburger meat.

Blend well with hands. Pile into a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350u00b0.

Remove from oven and drain off juices and fat.
