2 lbs. grnd beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1/3 c. minced pimiento stuffed olives
2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream

Lightly mix beef, onion, olives, Large eggs, salt and pepper just till blended; shape in 24 meat balls.

In a skillet heat butter; brown meat balls slowly on all sides; cook till done.

Place in shallow 1 qt casserole.

Pour off fat in skillet reserving 2 Tbsp.

Add in water, lemon juice, Worcestershire, paprika and salt; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened.

Cook 2 min longer.

Remove from heat; carefully blend in lowfat sour cream; pour over meat balls.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
