8 oz. tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 c. dry red wine
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. grated potatoes

Mix together ground beef, onion, egg, salt and potatoes and shape in small balls.

Bake on cookie sheet 4 to 5 minutes at 450u00b0. Mix brown sugar, tomato sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt and wine. Simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 20 minutes.
