   Brown ground beef, salt and pepper to taste.

   Taco seasoning or chili seasoning can be added to beef.

   Slice peeled potatoes into round slices and boil until tender; drain.

   In a baking dish, put potatoes on bottom.

   Layer evenly, then put hamburger meat evenly spread on top.

   Put cheese on top, amount depends on own taste.
