Maw Maw'S Potato Salad(Student Favorite)

   Boil potatoes until they are tender.

   Boil eggs until done. Peel and cube potatoes.

   Sprinkle potatoes with celery salt, white pepper and salt to taste.

   Coat the potatoes with mustard.

   Stir in sweet relish to taste.

   Add in fat-free Miracle Whip or mayonnaise to taste.

   Chop and add eggs.

   Serve warm or cold.

   This keeps well for several days.
