Maui Linguica(Cheese And Sausage Broil)

   Blend cheese, linguica and egg in mixing bowl.

   Place a tablespoon of mixture on bread rounds (that have been toasted on one side).

   Place under broiler until bubbly and hot, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.

   Serve hot. Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2-inch appetizers.
