   Fry Sausage in a large stock pot (do not drain), reduce heat to low

   Cut the stick of butter into tbsp pads and add to pot once sausage id fried

   Add the flower once butter has melted into the sausage and stir until mixed in with the butter & Sausage

   Add the Milk and turn heat up to High, Stirring occasionally

   As the Gravy starts to thicken, reduce heat to simmer. At this point you can add more milk (tablespoon at a time) to obtain your desired gravy thickness

   Peel the eggs, dice and add to the gravy

   Salt, Pepper & Garlic salt to taste.

   Serve over half biscuits. For an added texture, try toasting the biscuits on a griddle
