Mashed Potato Casserole

   Brown meat, onion and pepper in a large skillet.

   Add seasoning to taste.

   Add corn, beans and tomato sauce.

   Cook until flavors are blended.

   Grease a large casserole.

   Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 of the potatoes.

   Add meat mixture and cover with remaining potatoes.

   Dot with butter and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350u00b0.

   A good way to use leftover potatoes.
