Mashed Potato Bread

   Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine the first 6 ingredients in given order. When lukewarm, add yeast and water. Stirring with a large spoon, add enough flour to make a firm dough, not stiff. Place in greased bowl and grease top of dough lightly with oil. Use right away or cover and put in refrigerator. Use within 4 days. Roll in shape; let rise in warm place 1 1/2 hours or until double in size. Bake at 400u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
