mashed baked potatoes with cheese and bacon

   preheat oven 250 - 300F

   chop all potatoes and boil.

   when boiled mash potatoes.

   fry chopped onions and bacon.

   mix 250 gram Philadelphia cream cheese and butter into mashed potatoes.

   mix well till all combined in potato.

   add bacon and onions to mashed potatoes.

   put mixture into large oven dish or casserole size dish.

   cook in oven for about 30 - 40 minutes.

    then sprinkle shredded tasty cheese on top and bake till cheese melted and golden colour.

    then ready to serve.

    can make dish omitting bacon and onion for those kids who prefer it just as a cheesey mashed potato
