1-1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour

1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and crumbs and press in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake in preheated 500F oven for 10 minutes.

Reduce oven to 250F and continue baking 50 to 60 minutes.
