1 large can whole tomatoes
1 Large can tomato paste
3 Large cans water
1 Large onion
4 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 T Oil
1 t basil
1 t oregano
1 t hot pepper
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 t garlic salt
1 t sugar
1 pound pork (shoulder, neck bones, or spare ribs)

Brown garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomatoes in and mash, add paste, water and spices.

Simmer on low flame 4 or more hours. If too thick add water.

After 1 hour, add pork and sausage and meatballs. Test until done; about 2 hours.

For meat sauce brown hamburger and add to sauce.
