4 slices Bread, Torn Into Small Pieces
3 Tablespoons Milk
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 pound Sausage (Italian, Mild, Hot, Or Maple...you Choose!)
2 whole Eggs
1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
4 teaspoons Garlic, Minced (or 1/4 Tablespoon Garlic Powder)

In a small bowl, combine torn bread pieces and milk.

Put ground beef, sausage, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl.

Add softened bread crumbs.

Using your hands or a large spoon, mix ingredients thoroughly.

Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, measure meat mixture and place 1/2 apart on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes.

To freeze, put cooled meatballs into a freezer safe plastic bag and freeze up to four months.
