1 head cabbage
1 bell pepper
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar

Begin by shredding (not chopping) cabbage. Spread onions and bell peppers over top of cabbage. Sprinkle with sugar. In a saucepan, bring oil, vinegar and all the dry ingredients to a rolling boil. Pour over the cabbage. Mix thoroughly. Cool before serving. Serves 10.
