1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. mustard

Add milk and bread crumbs to egg. Let set 5 minutes. Add meat, onion, salt, sage, and pepper. Form into loaf. Place in greased loaf pan. Mix together brown sugar, catsup, nutmeg, and mustard. Pour over meat loaf and bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.
