   Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

   Start by spreading the caramel in the cake mold.

   Heat water and sugar in a saucepan, without boiling.

   In a bowl, beat the eggs and yolks. Gradually add the sugar syrup, stirring continuously.

   Add the ground almonds, the orange juice, and finally, the zest. Stir well, mixing all ingredients, and pour into the cake pan.

   Bake in a water-bath for 50 minutes.
