Mix together crushed Oreos and butter. Press into base of prepared pan. Chill.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks together until smooth. Distribute evenly between 2 bowls. Stir melted chocolate into 1 bowl and vanilla extract into remaining bowl. Whip egg whites to soft peaks then fold 1/2 into each bowl. Spoon vanilla and chocolate mixtures into prepared pan, alternating colors, then swirl together to create a marble effect. Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins, until just firm to the touch. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in oven with the door ajar.

Transfer to a serving platter and decorate with creme fraiche around the edges. Dust with cocoa powder.
