Maple Syrup And Blueberries Pie

   Mix the cream and the maple syrup in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Heat it for 1 minute in the microwave.

   In a separate bowl, mix the butter and the flour. It will make a beurre manie. Put the flour/butter mixture in the maple syrup/cream mix.

   Put your mixture in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and repeat, about 3 more times. Your mixture will be ready when it becomes thicker.

   Pour in the blueberries and mix with a rubber spatula. Pour into the pie crust and let it chill in the refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
