Maple Sausage Bread

   Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

   Crumble and cook the sausage until no pink remains.

   Drain the grease.

   Spread the pizza dough or French bread loaf onto a cookie sheet and spread with the cream cheese, top with sausage and grated cheddar.

   Roll-up jelly roll style and pinch the ends together, seam side down.

   Cut 3-4 steam vents on top and place in the oven for 20 minutes or so, until golden brown on top.

   Slice and serve.

   Can be eaten hot or at room temperature.
