1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Parboil shells in salted water, approximately 6 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
