Ingredients: 900 grams steak mince; 1 large onion diced; 5 clove garlic diced; 3 carrots diced; 1 bell pepper diced; 1 handful of mushroom diced; 1 courgette diced( zucchini); 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar; 2 tbsp tomatoe puree; 2 tbsp oregano dried; 2 tbsp basil dried; 500 ml passata; 500 ml water to cover meat and veg; 1 salt pepper to taste
