Mandys chicken goujons( tenders)

   Heat oven to 190C /375F .

   Arrange a breading station

   Have chicken tenders ready ,then dip into seasoned eggs in a bowl .

   Then place chicken into a zip lock bag a couple at a time and coat well with seasoned breadcrumbs.

   Repeat ,the steps egg and then breadcrumbs to ensure a good coating.

   Allow the coating to slightly dry for 5 minutes .

   Place chicken on a foil line cooking sheet ,bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked .

   Remove from tray and served,great just dipped into Ur favourite sauce ,with a salad or in a tortilla wrap and enjoy .The choice is endless .
