1/4 teaspoons Ginger
1 pound Ground Beef
1 whole Egg
12 ounces, fluid Pineapple Chunks, With Juice
1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 Tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cups Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Cold Water

Meatballs: Mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper, ginger, and beef together in a large bowl.

Add in egg last and mix together fully.

Roll meat mix into 1-inch balls and cook in a large skillet on medium-high heat until meatballs are cooked though and no longer pink.
