2 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/3 c. dry powdered lowfat milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded zucchini
