1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 each bread slices, crumbed

2 tablespoons celery chopped
6 each potatoes cut-up
1 x ketchup

Mix egg, milk, salt & breadcrumbs.

Let stand to soften.

Thoroughly combine with meat & chopped vegetables.

Shape into loaf & put in crockpot.

Place potatoes around the sides (if you peeled them, coat with butter to keep from darkening).

Cover & cook on High for 1 hour, then on Low for 8 to 9 hours.
