Madison Fireplace & Patio Beer Batter Pizza Dough

   Mix ingredients in a stand mixer. Use more flour or add some water if the dough is too dry or too wet to form into a nice well mixed ball.

   Knead a couple Tablespoons of olive oil into the ball of dough with dough hook for 5-8 minutes.

   Cover and let rest for an hour.

   Once the dough has risen, you can lay it onto a floured surface and cut into 3 or 4 sections, depending on how large you want your pizza.

   Par-bake for 5 -8 minutes in over at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure the toppings don't make the bottom mushy.
