Made with Bread Flour Baked Chocolate Doughnuts

   Sift the dry ingredients.

   Bring the butter and egg to room temperature.

   Cream the butter.

   Add sugar and mix well.

   Mix in the egg a little at a time.

   I added it in 5 batches.

   It should look like this after whisking it all together.

   Next, add the yogurt and mix.

   Mix in the dry ingredients.

    Use a rubber spatula to fold the mixture in a cutting motion.

    Add chocolate chips, and gently stir them in.

    Fill doughnut molds and bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 180C, then serve.
