Made in the Microwave! Super Easy Brown Sugar Steamed Bread

   Crack an egg into a bowl and lightly mix.

   Don't over-mix.

   Add the flour, brown sugar, and baking powder.

   Fold in gently.

   Add the melted butter and lightly mix.

   Last, add the milk and lightly mix.

   Grease a heatproof bowl with vegetable oil and pour the batter in.

   Add the raisins.

   Cook in the microwave.

    At first, cook for 5 minutes.

    But, be sure to watch it as it cooks!

    When the dough rises and the liquid has boiled away, it's time to stop it (it took 2:30 minutes for me).
