First boil macaronis for 20 minutes in a large pot with slightly salty water add 1 tea spoon of oil as well then drain and pass through under runny tap water and keeps aside.

Now in a pan take oil or butter at low heat add ginger,garlic paste simmer for 30 seconds add chicken pieces with chilli sauce, salt,soya sauce and tomato ketchup now cover up lid and cook till tender.This is the right time to add boiled macaronis in chicken mix thoroughly.Now turn off flame.

Take potatoes in bowl mix cornstarch and salt well then deep fry in oil like cricpy French fries.

Now take a baking tray put first layer half of macaroni then 2nd layer half of potatoes and 3rd layer would be cheese then repeat this layer method again and bake for 10 minutes.it's done
