1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. mustard
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1/2 doz. boiled eggs
1/4 c. grated carrots
parsley to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. macaroni, boiled and drained

Boil together sugar, flour, water and vinegar.
