Macadamia Nut Clusters

   1. Place candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave uncovered on high for 40 to 60 seconds. Stir every 30 seconds, until smooth.

   2. Once chocolate is melted, stir in nuts and orange zest. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper or a silpat mat.

   3. Allow to sit until set, then store covered in the refrigerator. If desired, melt approximately 1 ounce semisweet chocolate and drizzle over.

   These look best in colored candy cups much like the ones used in boxes of chocolates. They make a nice holiday gift for neighbors and friends.
