2 cups Cremini Or Baby Bella Mushrooms, Sliced

1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
8 ounces, weight Smoked Gouda, Grated
8 ounces, weight Creamy Havarti, Grated
⅓ cups Lager Beer (I Used A Honey Brown Lager)
