M&M'S Cake

   Prepare the box of pudding according to package directions; set aside to cool.

   Place slightly cooled pudding into a large mixing bowl.

   Add dry cake mix to the pudding; omit eggs, oil and water.

   Mix well and add chopped nuts (optional).

   The batter will resemble thick brownie batter.

   Pour into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Pour the bag of M&M's evenly over the top of the batter. Place into a preheated oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
