1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In the bowl of your stand mixer add butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla. Mix till creamy.

3. Add egg and mix till creamy.

4. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.

5. Add flour mixture into the mixing bowl and continue to mix.

6. Stir in M&M minis and marshmallows.

7. Using your hands, roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets spacing them about 2 inches apart.

8. Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!

Notes: If baking with a convection oven, on convect cook at 350 F for 7 minutes or until golden brown. These cookies will be gooey!
