Ingredients: 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts); 1-1/4 cup Flour; 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder; 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda; 1/4 teaspoons Salt; 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed (optional); 3/4 cups Butter, Softened; 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar; 1/3 cups Granulated Sugar; 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla; 1 Egg; 2 Tablespoons Milk; 2 cups Chocolate Chips; 1 cup Quick Or Old Fashioned Oats; 1/2 cups Raisins; 1/2 cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes; 1 cup M & M Chocolate Candies

1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
1-1/4 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed (optional)
3/4 cups Butter, Softened
3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 cups Granulated Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 cup Quick Or Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cups Raisins
1/2 cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 cup M & M Chocolate Candies

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Toast nuts on a small un-greased pan at 350 F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Let them cool.

2. Turn oven temperature up to 375 F.

3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and optional ground flax in a small bowl. Set aside.

4. Using an electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture and milk. Stir in chocolate chips, oats, raisins, nuts, coconut, and M&M's candies.

5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between them.

6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are crisp but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; then remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.

1. I use less chocolate chips when adding M&M's, but if you are a chocolate lover, go all out.
