Lynn'S Hamburger Skillet Dinner

   Cut up bacon and fry until crisp.

   Add hamburger and chopped onion and brown.

   Drain.

   Add soy sauce and pepper.

   Slice vegetables to add in layers.

   Cover and cook on high heat for 1 minute.

   Reduce heat and cook slowly for 15 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

   Add cheese before serving so it melts.
