Ingredients: 3 envelopes dream whip; 1 half pound can crushed pineapple (drained); 3 envelopes Knox gelatin; 1 1/2 cups sweet milk; 1/2 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1 cup sugar; 1 cup pecans (cut up); 1 small bottle cherries (cut up); 1 can angel flake coconut; 1 angel food cake; 4 Tbsp. cold water; 1 cup boiling water

1 half pound can crushed pineapple (drained)
3 envelopes Knox gelatin
1 1/2 cups sweet milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecans (cut up)
1 small bottle cherries (cut up)
1 can angel flake coconut
1 angel food cake
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 cup boiling water

Bake angel food cake according to package directions, cool. Dissolve gelatin in 4 Tbsp. cold water, add hot water and stir until dissolved - add pineapple, sugar, lemon juice - put in refrigerator to set or thicken.

Whip 2 envelopes dream whip with 1 cup sweet milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla - add this to the gelatin mixture - break up angel food cake in large pan - add the gelatin mixture, nuts and cherries, mix thoroughly.

Grease tub pan - spoon mixture into pan and press down.

Chill overnight - ice with 1 package dream whip and 1/2 cup milk.

Spread with coconut and cherries.
