3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. lowfat milk
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 c. peeled minced cooking apple
1 1/2 c. mashed potato flakes
1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli, cooked and liquid removed
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In a bowl blend together beef and pork.

On a jelly roll pan shape into loaf.

Bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 45 min.
