1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

1 can tomato sauce with tomato bits
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of chili powder

Heat olive oil in large frying pan.

Add meat, onions and seasonings and saute until the meat is brown.

Add water, tomato sauce and beans to meat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
